What You’ll Do
As a Server, you are the face of the guest experience. Your ability to create genuine connections, deliver attentive service, and ensure every detail is right helps turn first-time guests into loyal regulars.
Every guest interaction reflects our brand, so consistency in service, food knowledge, and hospitality is essential. Whether it’s a quick lunch, a game night, or a celebration, your goal is to make every visit enjoyable and memorable.
This role combines guest service, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail. You’ll manage multiple tables, communicate with the kitchen and bar, and ensure every guest receives prompt, friendly, and accurate service.

- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and game nights
In This Role You Will
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Develop strong menu knowledge to confidently recommend items and upsell
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section at all times
- Complete opening, running, and closing side duties
- Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle take-out orders and phone inquiries professionally
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team

What a Typical Shift Looks LikeStart of Shift
- Arrive prepared and ready to work
- Set up your section and ensure everything is stocked
- Attend pre-shift meetings for updates and specials
During Service
- Manage a section of 6–8 tables
- Build connections with guests and provide attentive service
- Take orders, deliver food, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Stay organized while handling multiple tables
- Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly
Tips & Team Support
- Your earnings reflect your service and effort
- Tips are earned through both cash and debit
- Participate in tip-out to support the bar and kitchen team
End of Shift
- Complete side work and cleaning tasks
- Restock your section
- Finish cash-out and tip-out procedures
- Leave knowing you helped create a great guest experience
