CNJ Builders is growing—and we’re looking for a skilled, reliable carpenter to join our team. We specialize in custom homes, renovations, additions, and small commercial projects, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and doing things the right way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Framing (floors, walls, roofs, etc) on new builds and additions
- Interior work including drywall prep, trim, doors, and finishing
- Exterior work including siding, decks, and structural repairs
- Reading and working from plans and scopes of work
- Working alongside a tight-knit crew to deliver high-quality projects
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years carpentry experience (more is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of framing and general construction practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
