Duties
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for insurance sales and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Educate clients about various insurance products, including coverage options, benefits, and limitations.
- Assist in the completion of insurance applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to effectively advise clients.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote insurance services and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in sales administration tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning in the insurance field.

Pay: $49,992.00-$54,829.00 per year
