Responsibilities:
- Source and procure parts from approved vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Review and analyze purchase requisitions to determine the most cost-efficient procurement method
- Coordinate with the Production and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and track stock movements to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Contribute to regular inventory audits and reconciliation of discrepancies
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and vendor information
- Support in identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the procurement process
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Occasionally assist the sales department by forwarding emails during trade shows or when team members are away
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 2+ years experience in Buyer/Purchasing position
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian languages would be a bonus
