As Office Administrator, you'll be reporting to the Director of People & Culture. This is an exciting opportunity with many varied responsibilities and you will have the chance to create and support a great experience for Security Compass and our employees, clients and vendors. We trust that you'll develop a complete understanding of our company and culture so that you can proactively anticipate and address your fellow employees' needs.

What you'll do

  • Keep our office running seamlessly by meeting and greeting visitors, signing them in, signing for any packages or deliveries and coordinating with our vendors
  • Purchase office supplies and coordinate with our vendors so that our kitchen is always stacked full of snacks, refreshments and other goodies
  • Liaise with building management with regards to amenities, meetings rooms, fire alarms and security procedures
  • Project manage company events ranging from monthly to town halls to offsite company events and everything in between
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation (both short and long-term stays) for our remote employees and prospective candidates
What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent organisation skills with a "get things done" mentality
  • 2+ years' experience in an office administrator role at a mid-size company
  • Ability to take ownership, make sound decisions and exercise judgement
  • A creative mind and a passion for event management
  • Efficiency with MS Office suite and ability to pick up new systems easily
  • Top notch communication skills, both written and spoken
