Job Summary
Outlawz & Angelz is seeking a Class 1 Truck Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for safely operating tractor trailers to transport oilfield fluid across various routes while maintaining unit quality and adhering to all safety standards. This position is a ten (10) days on, four (4) off schedule, but other schedules will be considered. This is not a camp position and there is no crew house available. If not local to the work, the driver is expected to stay in the truck for the shift.
Duties
- Safely operate Class 1 fluid truck following all carrier policies and procedures, customer policies and all transportation legislation.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, log books and daily JSHA.
- Communicate effectively with Outlawz and dispatchers as needed.
- Perform basic repairs and have some knowledge of how to troubleshoot issues with the truck and trailer.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license with resume, please include a drivers abstract dated within last thirty (30) days.
- Verification letter/s from previous employer/s or insurer/s showing a minimum of three (3) years experience commercial driving, type of commodity hauled and type of units driven.
- Willing to complete pre hire D&A testing and driver evaluation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
- Computer savvy, good with phone apps to complete daily field tickets, log books, pre trips, JSHA and safety orientations.
- Physically fit and able to load/unload hose and chain up.
