As a Project Coordinator, Business Systems a typical day might include:
- Coordinating Business Systems acquisition projects, including due diligence, integrations, and system migrations
- Coordinating software implementation and optimization projects led by the Business Systems department
- Coordinating other departments’ projects where Business Systems are heavily involved
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of each project
- Attending project meetings, taking minutes, and following up on deliverables
- Using OKR or Project Management software to track all ongoing projects
- Completing and/or taking ownership of various other Business Systems project tasks as required by the department
- Acting as the Business Systems OKR Champion
- Working with Business Systems leaders to develop and monitor OKR within the OKR Software
- Providing back-up support to the Business Systems Executive Assistant as required (in the event of holidays, sick days, other temporary absences, or when working on corporate priorities)
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years experience in project coordination or project management, in particular managing multiple simultaneous projects
- Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science; Project Management certification; and/or equivalent experience
