Build, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain progressive/stamping dies and tooling
Perform die modifications and preventative maintenance
Read and interpret blueprints, tooling drawings, and CAD layouts
Operate tool room equipment including grinders, mills, lathes, and CNC machines
Support production by resolving tooling and equipment issues
Ensure tooling meets quality and dimensional standards
Assist with continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
