Worldwide is hiring full-time TELUS Field Installation & Repair Technicians throughout the Lower Mainland.
We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals with experience in sales or customer-facing roles. If you're comfortable building relationships, recommending products, and enjoy hands-on work, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career.
This role combines technical work with consultative sales. You'll install and repair TELUS services while helping customers get the most value from their Internet, TV, Home Phone, SmartHome Security, and Mobility services. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to deliver a 5-Star experience and earn uncapped sales commissions.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and troubleshoot TELUS Internet, Optik TV, Home Phone, and SmartHome Security services.
- Build trust with customers and deliver a 5-Star customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade or bundle TELUS products based on customer needs.
- Stay current on TELUS products, promotions, and technology.
- Ensure clean, professional installations while meeting quality, productivity, and sales goals.
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Previous telecommunications, or commission-based sales experience is a strong asset.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and technology.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and climbing ladders.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
Pay & Benefits
- $50,000 - $90,000+ annually

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
- One evening shift per week
