2025 is an exciting year as we have expanded our product offerings and need more sales members to help the team continue our momentum.
We are specifically looking for sales representatives to drive business development via outbound and inbound activities.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We are a small, tight-knit team with strong collaboration, healthy competition, and a work environment that is challenging and rewarding.
You will have the opportunity to gain mentorship from seasoned sales professionals in SaaS and business development. We educate and empower our team so that they can complete tasks independently while at the same time, supporting you when you need help.
Our office is in downtown Vancouver and we support flexible working options like working from home. Sales staff work mostly from home with the option of coming into the office to work or for social occasions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Leverage both inbound leads and outbound activities through pro-active and creative prospecting
- Perform targeted cold calls, emails, and other sales activities to schedule discoveries/demos
- Understand the needs and goals of each customer to best align them with the appropriate solution, resources, or internal teams for follow-up
- Provide excellent customer service with each point of contact, and reach out multiple times to each lead to drive connection
- Immediately follow up with potential customers to arrange or facilitate a sales driven call (e.g., Price Quotes, Free Trial discussion)
- Upward manage the Account Executive to ensure effective handover of qualified leads to Customer Success
- For more senior hires - the opportunity to perform Account Executive activities like performing the demo and full deal lifecycle management
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Education:
- May have a Degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field
Experience:
- 1+ years’ previous experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service
- 1+ years' of Cold Calling experience OR demonstrated ability of excellent Communication Skills
- Used CRM, Email Sequencing, and Prospecting Software
Bonus Points:
- You’ve sold technology solutions or SaaS before
- You have experience in the Legal space (e.g., ex-legal professional)
