Job Description
Platform Security professionals help clients protect core enterprise applications such as ERP, HCM, CX and other critical business platforms by hardening environments and improving monitoring security testing, governance, risk and compliance. Specific work includes creation and implementation of access controls, infrastructure security, ERP identity management and ERP governance, risk & compliance.
A Senior Oracle Security Specialist has the following responsibilities:

Configure security in Oracle Fusion to meet unique client security requirements

Design and implement robust security configurations tailored to HCM and ERP within Oracle Cloud to protect sensitive business data.

Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure security requirements are adequately addressed during the cloud migration or setup.

Develop and implement SoD policies and ensure they are aligned with business needs and compliance requirements.

Implement and monitor internal controls within Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Regularly review and refine security configurations based on lessons learned, audit feedback, and technological advancements.

Stay updated on Oracle's product roadmaps, especially concerning security enhancements, to ensure the organization is leveraging all available security features.

Design and implement new joiner, mover, leaver process and ensure the setup is adequately addressed during the cloud migration.

Help the practice lead build out the team by coaching and mentoring new team members and by being actively involved in the business development process.

Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel

Understand engagement as it relates to client's business

Communicate client expectations to the engagement team

Lead components of engagements.

Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet contract and work plan objectives.

Independently create written deliverables and presentations
Basic Required Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and/or assessing Oracle Cloud security and SOD controls as it relates to multiple versions of the Oracle Cloud application product suite (core financial, supply chain, human capital management, and/or industry specific modules). Emphasis on understanding of the following areas:

3 years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Security

3 years of experience in an Oracle Cloud role designing across functional (Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), BI Report Security) and technical (e.g. - Security Console, Setup & Maintenance) domain areas;

3 years of working experience with business process risk & control design, implementation or assessment across finance, supply chain and human resource business cycles.

Minimum of 3 years experience managing and understanding of Oracle Cloud product implementations, and configurations - e.g. security and control.
Preferred qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Industry recognized Professional Security certification (e.g. CISSP)

Experience working for the Big 4 or Global SI is highly desired

Certified in Oracle Core HR, or Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL) or Procurement
-
Certified in Oracle Cloud Security Foundation or Professional

Ability to travel
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
