Robert Half is seeking an experienced VP/Director of Finance on behalf of our client, a growing organization looking for a strategic finance leader to oversee financial planning, reporting, and operational performance. This role will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership and will help guide financial decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the company’s finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range planning
Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
Oversee cash flow management, financial modeling, and analysis of key business metrics
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with applicable regulations
Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to protect company assets
Partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage banking relationships, audits, tax coordination, and other external financial partnerships
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Previous experience as a VP/Director of Finance or similar role
Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls
Experience supporting executive-level business strategy and driving financial performance
Proven ability to lead teams, influence decision-making, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools preferred
