Ordonez Butcher Shop is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
We are looking for someone friendly, reliable, and customer-focused who can provide excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
- Assisting customers with product questions, orders, and recommendations
- Operating the POS system and processing customer purchases
- Answering phone calls and helping customers with general inquiries
- Supporting daily store operations and keeping the front area clean and organized
- Promoting current specials, packages, and store promotions
- Working as part of a team to create a positive shopping experience
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic computer or POS system experience is an asset
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends if needed
- Spanish is an asset
