Shifts: Lunch and evening shifts available, mainly Thursday to Sunday
Moltaqa Moroccan Restaurant is a Michelin Guide-recognized Moroccan restaurant in the heart of Yaletown, known for authentic halal cuisine, refined service, handcrafted cocktails, live entertainment, and a warm, elegant atmosphere.
We are hiring an experienced server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of serving experience, enjoys guest interaction, and can work in a fast-paced full-service restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, attentive service
- Guide guests through our Moroccan food, wine, and cocktail menus
- Take orders, process payments, and maintain tables efficiently
- Work with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff for smooth service
- Support special events, live music, and entertainment nights
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience
- Lunch and evening availability
- Weekend availability required
- Serving It Right required or in progress
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Polished, guest-focused attitude
- Arabic is a plus
- Experience with Moroccan, Mediterranean, or halal cuisine is an asset
