Are you a friendly and organized individual looking to join a welcoming team? We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate for our motel, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting Guests: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
- Check-In & Check-Out: Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations for local attractions.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and perform basic bookkeeping duties.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by following established procedures.
- Working Hours: Hours typically range from 14–16 per week; however, candidates should be flexible to work additional hours during the summer and as operational needs require. While this posting is intended for two positions at 14–16 hours per week each, management may consider a single qualified candidate for 26–30 hours per week if a strong fit is identified

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems are a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidate must be a resident of the Goderich area or be located within a reasonable driving distance of Goderich to be considered for the position.
