  • A positive attitude, with award winning customer service skills
  • Superior communication skills and a very strong work ethic
  • Your own desktop computer with dual monitors, high-speed internet connection; your own telephone and telephone headset
  • A small home office or quiet, uninterrupted room to work from
  • Well-spoken and very clear written/oral skills in English and French
  • A minimum completion of high school/CEGEP with proven critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated at least 1 year of experience in a call centre environment
  • A working knowledge with computers in the Windows environment
  • Flexibility to work shift work which can include early mornings, late evening, weekends, and holidays – All remote agents are required to work split-shifts if needed
  • The ability to multitask in our fast paced, time sensitive environment
  • The ability to complete inbound and outbound calls as needed
