Childsplace Learning Centre in Arbour Lake is currently recruiting for our BAS program. We require a strong communicator and teacher for Kindergarten to Grade 6 children.
The schedule is as follows:
Monday to Friday for 6-8 hours daily between the hours of 7am-6pm
The responsibilities range from snack prep, cleaning, setting up and taking down the program, to assisting in the daycare, developing programming plans based around Flight, walking to and from school or bus stop with children and much more!
Qualifications:
-Childcare certification mandatory: level 1, 2 or 3
-Current police check (dated within last 6 months)
-First Aid and CPR up to date
-strong programming skills as you are responsible for running a strong program using Flight curriculum along with the other 2 staff.
-experience working with children ages 5-12
-flexible as shifts could change
-take charge personality and able to think on the fly
-strong communication skills
-able to work independently or in a team
All wages are eligible for the government wage top up. Starting wage depends on experience, education, child care certification level and much more!
