Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with major retail accounts, including Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and other leading retailers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with large retail accounts, strong business development skills, and excellent English communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
●Manage and develop key retail accounts, including Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, and other major retailers.
●Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and other key decision-makers.
●Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
●Manage product presentations, quotations, contract negotiations, and annual business planning.
● Identify new business opportunities and introduce new products to key accounts.
● Coordinate with internal teams, including Product, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing, to ensure successful execution of customer programs.
● Monitor sales performance, inventory, promotions, forecasts, and account profitability.
● Develop new retail accounts and support overall business growth.
● Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
● Proven experience managing Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, or other major retail accounts is strongly preferred.
● Solid experience in Key Account Management, Retail Sales, or Business Development.
● Strong understanding of major retailer buying processes, vendor requirements, and negotiations.
● Fluent English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
● Results-driven, highly organized, and able to work independently.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
