Shifts Available
- 2 Shifts available – Day and Afternoon
- Shift Premium – Afternoon
Wages Offer
- $19-$21 per hour - for candidates who are willing to learn and for candidates with some experience
- $22-$26 per hour - for candidates with experience and direct or related skills & equipment knowledge
- Premium pay for Afternoon/Midnights shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Operate different types of high-tech equipment.
- Perform setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance of machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Monitor quality throughout the production process and make corrections as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Learn and apply new technical skills through on-the-job training.
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
