Job Summary
This is a backfill contract role supporting an important implementation and migration project for a major financial institution. The contractor will assist with the migration of one Virtual Data Room (VDR) to another VDR (Box), while also setting up end-user documentation. The team is small (5–6 members) and the project demands the ability to work within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with migration of one VDR to another VDR (Box)
- Set up end-user documentation
- Support approximately 140 users across different lines of business, interacting with stakeholders to ensure a smooth setup
- Work as a hands-on technical resource for application configuration
- Operate as a self-starter within tight project timelines
Required Skills
- Experience with Box (or other VDR acceptable) — electronic document management, permission and access controls
- Experience with migration and SaaS application setup
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment
- Jira experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter
Preferred Skills
- Data migration experience
- Knowledge of a highly regulated industry (data regulations) — banking industry experience is not required
- Technical documentation experience
- Agile experience (user stories, sprints)

- Post-secondary education required
- No certifications required
