We are currently hiring experienced asphalt workers for a variety of paving crew positions. If you have experience in asphalt paving, we want to hear from you. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with experience in any asphalt-related role, including asphalt labourers, tar person, screed operator, paver operator, skid steer operator, bobcat operator, roller operator, rake person, screen person, equipment operators, and other general paving crew positions.
Experience in asphalt paving is required. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to report to our shop in Calgary each morning before mobilizing to job sites. Candidates must be able to work cooperatively with crew members, follow company policies, listen to foreman instructions, and complete work safely and efficiently according to work orders and project requirements.
Duties may vary depending on experience and position, but may include asphalt placement, raking, rolling, operating paving equipment, operating skid steers or bobcats, working around the paver, assisting with prep work, shoveling, compacting, traffic awareness, site clean-up, and supporting the paving crew as needed.

Requirements: Asphalt paving experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, able to work as part of a team, and capable of performing physically demanding work in an outdoor construction environment.
