Job Summary

Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients and assisting with their needs at the front desk
- Perform hair styling services according to client preferences and salon standards
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of workstations, tools, and salon areas to ensure health and safety compliance
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client experience and increase sales
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up communications efficiently
- Provide consultation on hair care products and recommend suitable solutions for clients’ hair types and concerns
- Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth salon workflow
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all duties
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques or cosmetology background is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and courteously
- Experience with sanitation protocols relevant to personal care environments is advantageous
- Previous front desk or receptionist experience is beneficial but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key
