We are seeking a motivated and dependable Farm Hand/Labourer with a 1A license to join our dynamic agricultural team. Responsibilities
- Assist with seeding, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and machinery
- Operate heavy farm equipment such as tractors, loaders, and other machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on farm machinery and hand tools to keep equipment in top condition
- Support with general farm chores
- Lift heavy loads safely during material handling and equipment setup tasks
Qualifications
- Valid 1A license with experience operating heavy vehicles and farm machinery
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issue
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment effectively
- Strong attention to safety protocols when operating machinery or performing manual labor
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
