The Customer Business Manager manages the sales activities of the organization. Performing various sales related activities to achieve outlined annual sales goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate account goals.
Manages prospective customers and sales leads to grow territory sales potential.
Demonstrates products and services to end users and dealers emphasizing saleable features.
Develops price quotes and sales contracts in conjunction with management approval.
Coordinates interaction between Product Management and end users to represent the customer needs to the engineering teams. Ensuring products brought to market have the voice of the customer.
Represents company at trade shows, customer appreciation event, and trade association meetings to grow sales potential and industry partnerships.
Responsible for managing departmental spending in relation to sales travel, meals, entertainment and product giveaways.
Develops business plans in conjunction with dealers to allow mutual growth and profits.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Managing travel throughout territory, equal to approximately 50% of time.
Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of assigned company vehicle.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from accredited four-year college or university
EXPERIENCE
One to two years of related industry experience in required.
