The WOMB (World of my Baby) Vaughan is a multi-disciplinary, collaborative, integrative health centre specifically focused on pre & post-natal care as well as babies and families.
We are currently seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team! This role will be hourly with nearly full time hours (25-35 hours week).
The Client Care Coordinator is often our first point of contact for our clients so they need to be warm, loving, welcoming, energetic, very knowledgeable about our team and available services (training provided), and love babies! We are looking for a quick learner with a Big, Strong, and Friendly personality!
Some of the responsibilities in this role include:
- Welcoming and greeting clients, giving tours, answering questions, helping clients to build their optimal team of practitioners and educating them on our services
- Answering phones and returning voicemails and emails
- Using Jane software to book appointments, schedule / modify classes and events
- Processing all payment transactions (experience with direct billing to insurance companies would be an asset)
- Assisting with childcare to help clients who are in their appointments
- Opening and closing procedures – cash close out, balancing reports
- Supporting practitioners with administrative duties as required
- Social media and Content creation – assistance with creating posts, commenting on relevant posts in parenting groups, and helping to engage our audience
- Canva - creating images for social media, newsletters, and posters
- Cleaning – laundry, tidying, changing garbages, vacuuming as needed, ensuring everything looks clean and presentable at all times
- Attending and participating in team meetings and client care team meetings. Sharing ideas on further developing our community and connection for both our clients and our team
Job Requirements:
- Available to work 25-35 hours per week to start (must be fairly flexible and have daytime availability).
- Very organized and efficient at multi-tasking
- Experience working in a fast paced integrative health centre setting would be an asset
- Very personable and love to build relationships and get to know clients, practitioners, and community partners
