Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Ramen Cook/Tapas Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves preparing authentic ramen dishes, creating flavorful tapas, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook ramen dishes and tapas according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Follow proper food safety procedures at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Assist with general restaurant cleaning duties to uphold a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred, especially with cooking or food preparation roles
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Experience with cooking ramen, tapas, or similar cuisine is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong cleaning skills and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work during restaurant hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Hospitality experience or background in hotel service is advantageous but not required
