Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Foam Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation to residential and commercial buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and superior quality standards. Duties
- Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces, masking, and setting up equipment for spray foam application
- Mix and operate spray foam equipment accurately according to project specifications and safety guidelines
- Apply spray foam insulation efficiently on walls, ceilings, attics, and other designated areas using hand tools and spray equipment
- Inspect completed work for proper coverage, consistency, and adherence to quality standards
- Perform minor caulking and sealing tasks to ensure airtight insulation joints and connections
- Maintain equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and reporting any malfunctions promptly
- Follow all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to prevent accidents or injuries
Experience
- Prior experience (1-2 years) with spray foam insulation installation or related construction work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with caulking techniques, hand tools, and basic construction practices is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Construction or roofing experience or background in building trades is a plus
- Clean Ontario drivers license is a requirement

Pay: $26.00-$39.00 per hour
