About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Hybrid Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position combines the best of both worlds: managing customer relationships from the office while actively pursuing new business opportunities in the field.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Manage and maintain customer records within the CRM system.
- Develop relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Outside Sales
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct on-site customer visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows as required.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.
