We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Ens Lexus Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have an automotive background and general vehicle information & parts knowledge. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset, contributing to the overall success of the position. We highly value honesty and integrity as essential traits for this role.
This is a Permanent FULL-TIME position from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities

Lookup parts for both customers and staff using schematics.

Bill parts for shop orders and take cash/card payments from customers.

Offer appropriate parts to satisfy customer requirements and needs.

Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings tactfully and promptly, and be genuinely concerned for the customers' problems.

Putting stock away.

Answering phones and parts inquiry emails

Inventory counts & tracking.
-
Assist in various parts-department specific activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1-2 years of automotive parts experience.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
