Job Description

We are looking for Data Entry/Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. We are looking to hire a person with a dynamic personality that is outgoing and very customer oriented. Lastly excellent verbal and written communications skills are needed. Successful candidate will be very organized and high energy person with good administrative skills. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be require to perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, manage orders, invoice customers, inventory entry, and other various data entry tasks. For this role, you need to have strong knowledge in computers and computer software. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Duties of the position include:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls
  • Manage customers database
  • Manage warehouse inventory
  • Add new products and manager inventory to our ordering system (Repzio based) using excel sheets
  • Add new products and manage inventory of our online website (www.robinruthca.com) Website is based on the Prestashop platform
  • Add new products and manage inventory on our Amazon marketplace
  • Enter invoices and orders (Sage 50 Accounting)
  • Create shipping labels for each order (Freightcom, FedEx Ship Manager, Canada Post EST 2.0)
  • Data Entry in Excel
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact

Requirements of the position include:

  • High school/Equivalent
  • Strong Knowledge with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Excel)
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Must be able to asses situation and provide a quick and efficient solution, while meeting deadlines.
  • Must speak and write fluently in English & French

Conditions

  • Salary: 14.00-16.00$/hr (If you can complete the mentioned tasks and more on a daily basis the salary can be discussed after evaluating your skills)
  • Full Time
  • Hours: 8:30AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday
