We're looking for professional DISHWASHERS/PREP COOK to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible, hardworking and capable of handling a fast-paced environment. The successful candidates should have prior restaurant experience, as well as an eye for detail and an ability to work well on a team.
Responsibilities:
- Sanitize dishes and cutlery.
- Load and unload dishwasher.
- Perform prep of food items/ingredients as regular part of workday.
- Clean walk in fridge, freezer and general working area.
- Daily cleaning of stove burners, guards, removable parts of the flat grills.
- Learn, operate and clean the potato steamer, machines and meat slicers.
- Follow FIFO inventory management system.
- Maintain clean work environment.
- Put away clean dishes, cups, glasses and utensils.
- Disposal of garbage.
- Perform duties with speed in a safe manner.
- Support the front of the house if needed
Pay: $18.00 per hour
