As Marketing Director, you will be the driving force behind the marketing vision and execution for both Ricki’s and Cleo. You will lead a high-performing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness, build customer loyalty, and drive sales across digital and physical retail channels.
This is a hybrid position, with office days at our Store Support Centre in Winnipeg.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership: Define and execute compelling marketing strategies that enhance brand equity and differentiate Ricki’s and Cleo in the competitive retail landscape.

Customer-Centric Strategy: Develop data-driven marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, from concept to execution, across digital, social, email, in-store, and traditional media channels.

E-Commerce & Digital Growth: Drive traffic, conversion, and online sales through effective digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.

Loyalty & CRM Management: Enhance customer retention through innovative loyalty programs, personalized content, and targeted promotional strategies.

Analytics & Performance Metrics: Leverage data and insights to optimize marketing strategies, ensuring measurable impact on revenue and brand performance.
