We are currently seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate / Driver Helper to provide temporary coverage for our client in Orangeville.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving furniture deliveries into the warehouse
- Unload furniture and other products from delivery vehicles
- Use hand carts and dollies to move products to designated warehouse locations
- Accompany driver on customer deliveries
- Assist with unloading, carrying and placing furniture inside customer homes
- Provide professional white-glove delivery service, including removing packaging and wrapping, carefully positioning furtnre in the customers home, cleaning up packaging and delivery materials
- Safely lift and carry large furniture items such as couches and other household furnishings
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, moving, delivery helper, general labour experience
- Must be able to lift heavy furniture
- comfortable working in warehouse environment and customers homes
- Good English communication skills
Payrate: $20/hr.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
