Reports to the Reliability Lead.

What you will do:
Responsible for the implementation of predictive and proactive maintenance tasks to keep our assets performing at the desired level of performance
Maintain the vibration database, review all vibration analysis data collected, identify equipment faults and corrective actions needed
Maintain nonconformance report and issue to site on a weekly basis
Obtain and analyze data from other PdM technologies such as oil samples, infrared thermography or ultrasound when required
Participate in the development of the weekly schedule
Provide technical support to reliability crew and maintenance crews as required. Identify and work to resolve any skills deficiencies of the crew members such as training requirements

What you will bring:
Mechanical Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma
5+ years of experience in potash operations.
Certification in vibration analysis, preferably Cat III
Safety Commitment.
Complete understanding of all mill operations, processes and equipment.
Strong leadership skills to help bring accountability to the reliability team by creating a supportive and motivating work environment
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
