Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Team Leader's primary responsibilities will be:
1) Management of the production team (operators)
2) Training and supervision of production personnel (operators)
Responsibilities
1) Supervise and validate packaging operations in the production room
2) Optimize the steps of his production room
3) Supervise, motivate and train the operators
4) Open and close production files
5) Ensures that all production steps are respected
6) Ensures that the equipment in the production rooms is set up to maximize productivity
Desired skills
1) Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience as a team leader on a bottling and/or blister line. Do not apply if you do not have this experience
