The GAIN Group is seeking a Paint Protection Film Installer to join our in-house Detail Department. This role is dedicated exclusively to vehicles within the GAIN portfolio—representing the most prestigious, performance-driven, and design-focused automobiles on Vancouver Island.
This position is for a professional who values craftsmanship, consistency, and teamwork, and who takes pride in delivering exceptional results—every vehicle, every time.

Key Responsibilities
- Install paint protection film to GAIN standards across new and select pre-owned vehicles
- Prepare, inspect, and finish vehicle surfaces with precision and care
- Execute both custom and pre-cut PPF installations
- Maintain consistent quality across all installations
- Perform final inspections to ensure flawless results
- Work collaboratively with detail, service, and sales teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Who You Are
- Experience in Paint Protection Film installation is strongly preferred
- A highly developed sense of quality and attention to detail
- Creativity and flexibility in approach and execution
- Pride in craftsmanship and personal accountability for results
