As an Inside Sales Representative at DIRTT, you'll be a key player in our Sales Team, supporting lead generation efforts and optimizing our Salesforce platform, as well as managing day to day administrative tasks within our commercial organization. Your role will involve managing Salesforce order entry, gathering required information, and collaborating with stakeholders. - Opportunity Management:
- Creation of all opportunities in Salesforce.
- Support system upgrades and integrations.
- Handle opportunity documentation and timelines.
- Lead Generation Support:
- Support the sourcing of new sales opportunities through third party lead generation software.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders for further development and closure.
- Maintain client databases and tracking.
- Collaboration:
- Liaise with sales teams and partners to ensure accurate data collection.
- Disseminate regular communication of results to key stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Process Improvement:
- Assist in process improvement and change management programs to scale the business and accelerate sales.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Representative in a similar environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a commercial or construction environment.
