As an Estimator at Marcon, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and financial success of our construction projects from the earliest stages. Working within the Pre-Construction team, you will contribute to the development of accurate, well-structured cost estimates that inform project strategy, design decisions, and execution planning.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to deepen their technical expertise in estimating while gaining exposure to a collaborative, fast-paced development and construction environment. You will work closely with internal teams, trade partners, and consultants to ensure project information is complete, coordinated, and aligned with project objectives.

In this role, you will support the preparation of construction estimates by contributing to quantity takeoffs, coordinating subtrade pricing, and organizing key project inputs. Your work will directly support cost planning accuracy and help ensure projects are set up for success before construction begins.
You will collaborate with estimators, project teams, and external partners to maintain strong alignment across drawings, specifications, and pricing inputs. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple inputs while contributing to a disciplined and reliable estimating process.
You bring a foundational understanding of construction estimating principles, along with the ability to interpret drawings and support cost analysis. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.
With 2+ years of estimating experience and relevant education in construction or engineering, you are building your technical capability and are eager to grow within a structured pre-construction environment. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and take pride in producing accurate, reliable work.
