Freight North Carriers is expanding and is looking for experienced Class 1 Flat Deck and Heavy Haul Drivers to join our growing team.

What You'll Haul
As part of the Freight North Group of Companies, you'll have the opportunity to operate a wide variety of equipment while hauling specialized freight across Canada and the United States.
Our fleet includes:
- Flat Deck
- Step Deck
- Drop Deck
- Trombone Trailers
- Lowbeds
- Scissor Neck Trailers
- Dry Vans
- 8, 9, 10 & 13 Axle Heavy Haul Configurations
- 32 to 48 Wheel Combinations
- Specialized Pipe Hauling Equipment
- Man-Steer & Self-Steer Jeeps
- Fuel, Water & Lube Trucks
Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
- Clean 5-Year Commercial Driver's Abstract
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Test
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
Assets
- Heavy haul experience (loaders, dozers, shacks, modules, oversized equipment)
- Mountain driving experience
- Cross-border experience (Canada/U.S.)
- Experience with chaining, tarping, and load securement
