Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining various types of equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Learn all functions of all products made and sold by AEM
- Perform service & repair of all products made and sold by AEM
- Maintain a detailed logbook of hours worked & tasks completed/performed
- Complete service & fabrication work orders as required
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns & answering any questions they may have
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow & timely completion of repairs
- Attend Claas, Agrifac, Miedema, Vaderstad & Allan training seminars for continuing education when/if required (associated cost will be covered) - Assisting in final assembly/rigging of any manufactured products as required
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role (3-5 yrs)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in using hand tools & diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
