## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Teacher/Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent organizational skills, and a nurturing approach to working with children.
## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum guidelines
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience
## Requirements
- Proficiency in English and French languages
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience working with children or in a childcare setting (preferably Montessori classrooms)
- Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Competency in computer operations for educational purposes
