Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for credit card transactions, and receipts.
- Maintain and organize the counter displays, restocking , and ensuring product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash registers, or similar technology is advantageous.
- Ability to perform basic merchandising tasks and product demonstrations confidently.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated time management skills along with professional phone etiquette.
