You will serve as the premier operating nerve center and a trusted proxy between the CEO and the organization, protecting executive time with absolute precision. This non-traditional support role empowers you to act as a strategic filter, enabling leadership to focus exclusively on driving high-value business relationships. You will make a substantial impact by handling sensitive operations within a niche market where every commercial and federal project is special.
How You Will Make an Impact

Triage and screen all inbound communications, routing or independently resolving routine vendor and distributor inquiries within thirty seconds.
- Manage and own the executive inbox in real time, drafting correspondence using the CEO’s distinct voice and professional tone.
- Produce and revise complex CAD drawings while conducting preliminary technical reviews of architectural specifications and submittals.
- Coordinate comprehensive calendar schedules, focus blocks, complex travel arrangements, and detailed meeting agendas with zero margin for error.
- Safeguard highly sensitive, confidential corporate information regarding competitive strategy, financial performance, and personnel matters with absolute discretion.
- Track critical action items and strategic commitments proactively, ensuring no executive priorities fall through the cracks.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior entrepreneurial leadership.
- Proven technical proficiency utilizing AutoCAD or equivalent software to read, update, and annotate drafting documents.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume executive email and telephone screening.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Completion of an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Background working within commercial construction, architecture, or technical specification-driven B2B product environments.
- Experience supporting founder-led businesses where high-pressure schedules and operational ambiguity are the norm.
