Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and inviting for customers. Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming stock shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and replenish merchandise on shelves, displays, and storage areas to maintain an attractive shopping environment.
- Use equipment such as forklifts (if certified) to move heavy or bulky items safely and efficiently.
- Assist customers with locating products and answer questions about merchandise or store policies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor, including sweeping, dusting, and organizing storage areas.
- Support cashiering duties when needed by handling transactions accurately and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure proper merchandising standards and inventory levels are maintained.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or stock management is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely (certification is a plus).
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of merchandising, cleaning, maintenance, and cash handling procedures.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to stock management and customer service.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
