Position Overview:
The QA PI Coordinator will be responsible for daily operations in the Project Integrity Team. The role holder will be supporting the risk assessment of fabrics and trims in development, wear testing, development of test methods, collecting data and creating and sharing reports on Canada Goose Materials and Finished Goods with all involved stakeholders. The role holder will help align and sign off on the solutions to all development processes This role will be supported by the Raw Material Analyst, Product Safety Specialist, Lab Technician and QA Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and Maintain Test Standards and Results and ensure up to date testing in bulk.
Upload test results of raw materials in PLM.
Prepare sales sample testing summary for Design & Merchandising and PDE every season.
Follow-up with results from third party laboratories.
Maintain test result KPIs.
Maintaining raw material and finished goods tracker per season.
Create library for test samples.
Coordinate with PD and PE with all QA Related inquiries.
Work alongside the lab technician preparing documents.
Participate in the Materials R/D/S, Compliance, Product Development and Engineering reviews of new collection prototypes to mitigate risk from concept to production.
Support the PI Specialist in the Failure Mode Effective Analysis (FMEA) on all new styles at all levels (prototypes, reference samples and sales samples at contractors and CG Facilities) from a QA perspective.
Support on quality issue management system and Corrective and Preventive actions
Support processes and procedures on yearly benchmarking for CG's core styles
Organize and collect data on the wear test on Sales Samples. This will involve working with PDE/MD and compliance to define parameters and expectations of the wear test.
Maintain our physical test standards to ensure we are meeting global regulations and requirements, while adhering to our brand promise.
Create comprehensive reports and analysis on all Functional testing and collected data
Work with Fabric Development and Compliance cross checking fabric usage and testing.
Review and organize PPS Comments, Sales Sample Comments and In line and AQL data taken from the Technology database and relay feedback and suggestions with any necessary stakeholders.
Support development and implementation of processes and procedures as it pertains to Quality Assurance and Materials Development.
Work with Warranty Returns and Sales to Identify and investigate post mortem incidents, (recalls/damages/defects) from a quality perspective

Experience, Education and Designations:
2-3 years of experience in Apparel Industry
Outwear experience preferred
Degree in Fashion/Textiles Manufacturing required
Textile Engineering and Lab Testing Knowledge
Experience in EU and Global Testing and Industry standards
Experience in managing medium to large scale and cross functional projects
Experience in effectively managing and prioritizing own and others' workload

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Visio
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Strong knowledge of garment construction and patternmaking.
Understanding the manufacturing process within the apparel industry.
Highly detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task
Ability to prioritize, operate proactively, work as a team and handle challenges
Confident, articulate, goal oriented, self-motived and hard working
Strong data analysis skills
Ability to present technical information to a variety of audiences in a way that is easily understood
Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills
Capable of multi-tasking while working in a team environment to perform tasks cross functionally

Working Conditions:
Office & Manufacturing environment
Travel will be not be required and restricted to the GTA
