Job Summary:
As a team member of Bluebird Storage, this position’s primary responsibility is to provide sales and customer service excellence through best practices leading to customer retention, customer loyalty and a continuous increase in customer satisfaction levels. This includes responsibility for branch operations, team results, team quality, organization and increasing sales; Call management for both incoming and outgoing calls, sales, rent collections and customer service, maintenance of the overall facility, office appearance, and rental unit upkeep.
All team members at Bluebird Self Storage is responsible for ensuring effective team and cross-team communication, project coordination, site management.
Work Environment:
· This position is 3 days per week. (24hours) Must be available both weekdays and Saturdays. 9:30 - 5:30.
· Flexibility to work shifts and/or overtime may occur on an occasional basis.
· Outdoors – monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the property.
· Indoor – cleaning and monitoring units and reporting damage.
· Willingness to travel to multiple retail locations.
· Potential job relocation if needs of the business require.
Education:
· High school diploma, post-secondary a plus.
· Min. 1-year customer service/sales experience (retail, sales associate, customer service)
