Foreman/Lead Hand
We are looking for Working Foremen/women and Lead Hand Carpenters who have the knowledge and ability to work on commercial projects by leading sub-trades, self-performing diverse scopes, mentoring apprentices, and utilizing technologies.
Hours of Operation: Varies depending on job site.
Location: Edmonton, Remote job sites.

Role Responsibilities:
- Work alongside and support the Site Superintendent to execute different types of commercial projects efficiently and effectively
- Work alongside your crew to lead by example
- Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary
- Supervise, train and give feedback to workers
- Ability to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the crew
If you perform exceptionally, you may be tasked with leading small-scale projects to help you grow your skill set as a Site Lead.
Role Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ Foreman/woman or Lead Hand experience in commercial construction
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and contract requirements
- A carpentry background
- Willingness to travel out of town
