Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team in Ilderton, ON. This individual will play a key role in supporting operations while contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality engineered building products.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, payroll administration, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.
· Assist with year-end financial processes, audit preparation, and regulatory filings, including GST/HST, PST, source deductions, and other government remittances.
· Support inventory management activities through accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
· Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, providing professional reception and customer service support.
· Perform a variety of administrative duties, including document management, record keeping, office supply coordination, and general office administration.
· Provide ongoing support to internal teams by assisting with office coordination, cross-functional administrative tasks, and day-to-day operational activities.
· Maintain organized and accurate financial and administrative records while ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
· Collaborate with various departments to support business operations and contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace culture.
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a full-cycle bookkeeping role.
· Previous payroll administration experience is considered a strong asset.
· Experience working with ERP systems or accounting software is preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and effectively support operations across various locations.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
· Customer service-focused with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience within the construction, manufacturing, building materials, or multi-site business sectors is considered an asset.
· Strong fluency with English, both written and verbal.
