Attic Inspector & Sales Consultant
Location: Greater Toronto Area (Assigned within 30 km of your home)
Typical earnings: $5,000 to $10,000+ per month
At Confirmed Attics & Insulation, we help homeowners improve comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality through professional attic inspections, insulation upgrades, mold treatment, and airflow solutions.
We are looking for a confident, hands-on Attic Inspector & Sales Consultant who is comfortable meeting homeowners, performing attic inspections, identifying issues, and confidently recommending the right solutions.
This is a field-based role with company-provided booked appointments. No cold calling or prospecting required.
Responsibilities
- Attend company-booked homeowner appointments
- Perform attic inspections and measurements
- Identify insulation and ventilation issues
- Recommend solutions and close sales
- Upload notes and photos into CRM
- Follow up with customers as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Confident speaking with homeowners in person
- Comfortable working in attic environments
- Not afraid to get their hands dirty
- Strong communication and sales confidence
- Organized with notes and follow-up
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Valid driver’s license and access to vehicle required
Preferred Experience
- Sales experience
- Insulation / attic / roofing / HVAC / home improvement background
- Home inspection or technician experience
- General home efficiency knowledge is a strong asset
Training can be provided for the right candidate with a strong attitude and sales ability.
Must-Have Skills
- Comfortable climbing ladders and entering attic spaces
- Basic measuring and problem-identification skills
- Strong closing ability and confidence
- Comfortable using mobile apps / CRM for notes and follow-up
