- Assist in managing inventory levels by properly storing ingredients and notifying supervisors of supplies needed.
- Support serving staff by ensuring meals are ready for timely delivery or service.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar food service role within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation processes and kitchen operations.
